The ideal candidate should have prior supervisory experience in housekeeping and facility maintenance, preferably in an educational or institutional environment. Key Responsibilities : Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping and maintenance staff. Ensure all classrooms, corridors, restrooms, administrative areas, and common spaces are cleaned and maintained to high standards. Monitor and maintain cleaning schedules, checklists, and maintenance logs. Conduct regular inspections of school premises to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met. Oversee minor repair works and report major maintenance needs to the administration. Ensure proper inventory and storage of cleaning materials, tools, and maintenance supplies. Train housekeeping staff on hygiene standards, safety procedures, and equipment use. Ensure timely waste disposal and adherence to hygiene regulations. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance needs. Support school events and activities by ensuring the premises are clean and well-maintained. Key Requirements : Female candidate with 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping and maintenance. Prior experience in a school or institutional setting is preferred. Ability to lead a team and manage schedules effectively. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance is an advantage. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
