About the Role:
- The House Officer in Emergency will be responsible for providing immediate medical care to patients in critical situations. - You'll work in a fast-paced environment requiring quick decision-making and effective communication skills. - This role involves working various shifts, including nights and weekends, to ensure continuous patient care. About the Team: - You will be part of a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff. - The team emphasizes collaboration and mutual support, fostering a positive environment for both staff and patients. - Regular training sessions and team meetings are conducted to maintain high standards of care and share knowledge. You are Responsible for: - Conducting initial assessments and stabilizing patients with acute injuries or illnesses. - Documenting patient information and treatment plans accurately in medical records. - Assisting in various procedures and interventions under the supervision of senior doctors. - Communicating effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options and care plans. To succeed in this role – you should have the following: - A medical degree recognized by relevant medical boards and institutions. - Strong clinical skills and the ability to work under pressure in emergency situations. - Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients and team members. - A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in medical knowledge and practices
