Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
Experience: 2–4 years in residential maintenance / construction supervision
Vehicle: Two-wheeler (bike) mandatory

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on House Manager with a civil background to manage daily household operations, repairs, maintenance, and coordination with vendors. The role also involves supervision of new residential construction or renovation work.

Key Responsibilities

Household Maintenance & Operations

• Handle day-to-day household issues related to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, waterproofing, etc.
• Ensure timely repair and preventive maintenance of the property.
• Maintain records of maintenance work, expenses, and vendor bills.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

• Identify, appoint, and coordinate with vendors, technicians, and service providers.
• Supervise quality of work and ensure completion within timelines.
• Negotiate rates and ensure cost-effective solutions.

Construction & Renovation Supervision

• Oversee new construction, renovation, or civil works at site.
• Coordinate with civil contractors, labour, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Track material usage and site progress.

Site Visits & Mobility

• Regular site visits for inspection and follow-ups.
• Two-wheeler is mandatory for daily travel between house and construction site.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of civil works and residential maintenance
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and tasks independently
• Basic understanding of BOQ, materials, and measurements
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Honest, dependable, and solution-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Civil background with practical on-site experience
• Experience in managing independent houses, villas, or bungalows
• Comfortable handling both household and construction-related responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
