Job Title: Event Sales Trainee

Location: Yashail Hotel, Haridwar

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

Training Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Event Sales Trainee to join our team at Yashail Hotel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresh graduate to launch a career in the dynamic world of hotel event sales. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship, learning all aspects of planning and executing successful events, from weddings to corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with Client Communication: Respond to inquiries and provide initial information to potential clients.
• Event Coordination: Aid in the planning, logistics, and execution of various events.
• Administrative Support: Learn how to manage event documentation, contracts, and proposals.
• Inter-departmental Coordination: Work closely with the F&B and Operations teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements

• Graduate from any academic stream. A background in Hospitality or Management is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A strong desire to learn and build a career in hotel event sales.
• We prefer local candidates from Haridwar or nearby areas.
• A positive, professional, and adaptable attitude.
