Reception & Room Service Attendant We are actively seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Reception & Room Service Attendant. This is a demanding yet rewarding position requiring a commitment to a 12-hour duty shift. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all our guests, from their arrival to their departure. Key Responsibilities: On the reception front, you will be responsible for: * Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. * Efficiently checking guests in and out, managing reservations, and assigning rooms. * Handling all guest inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information about our services, facilities, and local attractions. * Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments. * Processing payments accurately and securely, maintaining meticulous records. * Addressing any guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for swift and satisfactory resolutions. * Maintaining a clean and organized reception area, reflecting our commitment to excellence. For room service, your duties will include: * Taking guest orders accurately and efficiently, explaining menu items and specials as needed. * Relaying orders to the kitchen or relevant departments and coordinating timely delivery. * Delivering food and beverage orders to guest rooms with attention to presentation and proper handling. * Ensuring guest satisfaction with their room service experience, following up as necessary. * Collecting and returning room service items from guest rooms in a timely and discreet manner. * Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards for all room service equipment and areas. The Ideal Candidate Will Possess: * A strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist guests. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. * The ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing duties as needed. * A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. * Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software for reservations and billing. * A professional and polished appearance at all times. * Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable, though we are open to training a highly motivated individual with the right attitude. * The ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A proactive approach to identifying and addressing guest needs. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
