Hotel Receptionist

We’re a warm and welcoming beachfront resort in beautiful Varkala, known for our relaxed atmosphere and friendly service. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our reception team — someone who enjoys meeting new people and creating a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
• Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the resort and local attractions
• Manage basic computer tasks such as bookings, emails, and guest records
• Communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Basic computer knowledge (training can be provided)
• Good communication skills in English
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in the hospitality field
