Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist at Knight Oasis, located in Khatoo, Sikar, Rajasthan. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for carrying out receptionist duties on a daily basis, including greeting and assisting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and handling reservations. The role also involves answering phone calls, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction. Salary INR 20K/Month Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills Experience in Receptionist Duties and managing Reservations Proficient in Phone Etiquette and handling customer inquiries professionally Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Candidates with hospitality experience are preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in Hospitality Management are a plus
