Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information on check-in and check-out procedures. Handle guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, or in person. Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability. Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally. Manage payment processing, issue invoices and receipts, and maintain accurate records. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure room readiness. Maintain the front desk area in a clean and orderly fashion. Monitor guest arrivals and departures and maintain security and confidentiality. Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, transportation, and dining options.
