Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Receptionist located in Chandigarh. The Hotel Receptionist will be responsible for handling front desk responsibilities, managing guest reservations, and maintaining excellent phone etiquette during guest interactions. Daily duties include welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues with professionalism, and ensuring efficient operations of the reception area. The role also includes collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
Strong Interpersonal Skills and exceptional Communication abilities to effectively engage with diverse guests
Experience with Reservations and solid Phone Etiquette
Organizational skills and the ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of basic computer applications and hotel management systems is a plus
Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role is considered an advantage
