Hotel Management Executive in Sonipat

We are looking for a dynamic hotel management executive to join our team at Mea Ame company. As a key player in our hospitality division, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Manage a team of staff members, ensuring they are properly trained and motivated to deliver outstanding service.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and maximize profitability.
• Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve the guest experience.
• Uphold the company's standards of excellence and ensure compliance with all policies and regulations.
