Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Industry Professional at Lemon Tree Hotels, located in Port Blair. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service, managing reservations, performing receptionist duties, and collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include addressing guest inquiries, assisting with bookings, and supporting front-desk operations to uphold the hotel's service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Experience in Reservations and Customer Service to assist with bookings and resolve queries
• Expertise in Receptionist Duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and administrative tasks
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage services to support guest needs
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site hotel environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory
• A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is beneficial
