**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a Hotel Front Office Executive at Integritas Analytics Pvt. Ltd., located in Gandhinagar, your primary responsibility will be to manage complete night audit / income auditor duties. You will deliver exceptional financial reconciliation service, handle front office operations, and facilitate effective communication with overseas clients and staff. Additionally, you will manage check-in/check-out procedures, address overseas client inquiries, and coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage complete night audit / income auditor duties - Deliver exceptional financial reconciliation service - Handle front office operations - Facilitate effective communication with overseas clients and staff - Manage check-in/check-out procedures - Address overseas client inquiries - Coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow **Qualifications:** - Hotel process awareness with software skills like OPERA / Choice / Cloudbeds.etc. - Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills - Proficiency in Night Audit Duties and Front Office management - Excellent Customer Service skills - Ability to handle multitasking in a dynamic environment - Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred,
