Hyatt Regency Delhi is a luxury five-star hotel located in the commercial hub of Bhikaji Cama Place in New Delhi. The hotel offers 495 rooms and suites equipped with modern amenities and high-speed Internet access. Guests can enjoy a wide range of award-winning dining options, leisure facilities including an outdoor pool and spa, as well as multiple venues for meetings and events.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at Hyatt Regency Delhi. The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming and seating guests, managing reservations, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining phone etiquette. The role involves interacting with guests on a daily basis to ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Qualifications

Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
Customer Service and Phone Etiquette proficiency
Experience in managing reservations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
Previous experience in a hospitality role is a plus
Knowledge of different languages is beneficial
High school diploma or equivalent
