Job Description

Supervise daily hostel activities, including attendance, cleanliness, and maintenance. Maintain records of hostel residents (admission, attendance, and leave registers). Ensure rooms, common areas, and facilities are kept neat and functional. Report maintenance issues promptly to the concerned department. Enforce hostel rules and regulations fairly and consistently. Monitor entry and exit of residents and visitors to maintain security. Handle disciplinary issues and report serious cases to higher authorities. Ensure no unauthorized persons enter hostel premises. Conduct regular safety checks (electrical, fire, hygiene, etc.). Maintain emergency contact numbers and handle crises responsibly. Organize mock drills or safety awareness sessions if needed.
