Job Description

Overseeing the smooth functioning of the hostel, including meal ordering, cleaning, and maintenance. Ensuring proper maintenance of hostel rooms, common areas, and facilities. Enforcing hostel rules and regulations and communicating them to residents. Prioritising the safety and security of residents. Supervising students, especially during evening and night hours. Maintaining regular communication with parents or guardians about their ward's progress and well-being. Addressing students' grievances and complaints. Maintaining discipline in and around the hostel. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance Supervising and managing hostel staff. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
