Enforcing hostel rules and regulations and communicating them to residents. Prioritising the safety and security of residents. Supervising students, especially during evening and night hours. Maintaining regular communication with parents or guardians about their ward's progress and well-being. Addressing students' grievances and complaints. Maintaining discipline in and around the hostel. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance Supervising and managing hostel staff.
