Qualification Hostel Caretaker (1 Post): Basic Education Requirements Previous experience in a supervisory or caregiving role, preferably in an educational or hostel setting. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Compassion and ability to handle student concerns sensitively. Good organizational and communication abilities. Job Roles Oversee the daily operations of the hostel and ensure the well-being of the students. Maintain discipline, cleanliness, and a positive environment in the hostel. Provide emotional and practical support to students living in the hostel. Monitor and manage students’ schedules, including study times and extracurricular activities. Handle emergencies and coordinate with school administration and parents as needed.
