Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Trainer located in Raipur.

The Hospitality Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions, developing training material, and mentoring students in various aspects of hospitality.

Duties include teaching front office operations, food and beverage services, and customer service techniques. The trainer will also conduct practical sessions, assess student performance, and provide feedback to help students improve their skills.

Qualifications

• Skills in Hospitality Consulting and Training
• 12+ years of total work experience
• Minimum 3 years of Experience in Front Office operations
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage services
• Minimum 3-4 years experience must be in a 5 star hotel or reputed organization / Institute
• Ability to inspire and mentor students
• Relevant experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• 3 years Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality Management
