Hospitality staff member

As a Hospitality Staff Member at Vasant Group located in Iscon Ambali BRTS road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380058, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable. You will play a crucial role in providing information about hotel amenities, assisting with guest needs, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your key responsibilities will include greeting guests upon arrival, facilitating a smooth check-in/check-out process, and promptly addressing any guest inquiries or requests with courtesy and efficiency. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service by ensuring all guest needs are met, including room requests, reservations, and special accommodations. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and maintaining guest rooms to meet their expectations, assisting housekeeping with guest concerns related to room maintenance, and maintaining clear communication with hotel staff and management to ensure an efficient operation and seamless guest experience. In case of guest complaints or issues, you will be required to resolve them professionally and in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction. While prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, it is not mandatory as training will be provided. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, focus on guest satisfaction, and proficiency in basic computer software are essential for this role. Furthermore, you must exhibit a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a genuine passion for customer service. The role may require you to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, stand for extended periods, and occasionally lift objects weighing up to 25 pounds in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
