Hospitality Management and Aviation Trainer

Fly Vimana Aviation Academy is seeking a passionate and experienced Aviation & Hospitality Trainer to train students in Cabin Crew, Ground Staff, Hospitality Management, and Travel & Tourism. The ideal candidate should have industry experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to mentor aspiring professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and informative training sessions on aviation, hospitality, and tourism.
• Prepare course materials, lesson plans, and practical demonstrations.
• Train students in grooming, personality development, and customer service.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training.
• Ensure a professional and interactive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in aviation, hospitality, or travel & tourism.
• Prior experience as a trainer or instructor preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of airline operations, airport procedures, customer service, and hospitality management.
• Passion for mentoring and guiding students.
