We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Hospital Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering quality healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise hospital staff and coordinate daily activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and scheduling.
• Monitor and maintain inventory and medical supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve patient care.
• Address patient and staff concerns effectively.
• Implement hospital policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
