Their primary role is to assist beneficiaries at Empanelled Health Care Providers (EHCPs) by providing information, guiding them through the process of obtaining Ayushman cards, and helping them access healthcare services. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Beneficiary Support:Ayushman Mitras act as a first point of contact for beneficiaries, guiding them through the process of checking their eligibility for the scheme and generating their Ayushman cards.
• Information and Guidance:They provide information about the benefits of the scheme, the process of receiving treatment at EHCPs, and their rights under AB PM-JAY.
• Facilitating Access to Healthcare:They help beneficiaries locate nearby empaneled hospitals and guide them to the appropriate healthcare provider.
• Operational Support:They may be involved in operating the Beneficiary Identification System (BIS) to verify beneficiaries and the Transaction Management System for pre-authorization requests and claim submissions.
• Maintaining Confidentiality:Ayushman Mitras are responsible for maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of beneficiary information.
• Conflict Resolution:They may be involved in resolving conflicts or issues between beneficiaries and hospital staff.
• Reporting & Data Management : Ayushman Mitras are responsible for maintaining all records and Data related to beneficiaries, as well Experienced in handlling all queries related to Documentation's & Payments related queries.

In essence, Ayushman Mitras play a crucial role in ensuring that beneficiaries can easily access and utilize the benefits offered by the AB PM-JAY scheme.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
