Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To provide proper direction to staff in terms of receiving, shifting and transportation of patients based on vulnerability and ensuring their safety.
Identify problems if any in various areas and reporting of the same to the concerned department with immediate effect.
Should act as a medium of dispute resolution and problem solving.
Assistance in the admission and discharge process of patients.
Co ordination with various departments for smooth functioning of the hospital as a whole.
To ensure that the hospital premises are kept neat and clean.
To ensure that trespassers in terms of people and vehicles are prohibited.
Make sure that visitors are not permitted during non visiting hours thereby preventing overcrowding in wards and rooms.
To see that there are no issues to patients in terms of staff mis- behavior like demanding of bribes, lack of adequate response etc..

Preferred candidate profile

Male candidates with experience in managing the hospital administration and support functions.
