Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Relationship Manager located in Panipat. The Hospital Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with network hospitals. Key tasks include coordinating with hospital representatives, ensuring timely claim processing, resolving customer concerns related to hospital services, and monitoring the quality of healthcare services. The role also involves conducting regular audits, and supporting the hospital network to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualification

Graduate/ Postgraduate in MBBS,BDS,BAMS,BHMS1-5 years of experience in Health Insurance sector.Willingness to travel locally for hospital visits.
