Job Description

Job Description: As a Receptionist / Front Desk at our location in Vasai (Mumbai), you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and guests. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests upon their arrival, directing visitors to the appropriate personnel, and managing incoming phone calls effectively. It is crucial to maintain a tidy and well-presented reception area with all necessary stationery and materials readily available. You will be responsible for providing accurate information in-person as well as through phone and email communications. In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be handling tasks such as receiving and distributing daily mail, ensuring office security by following safety procedures and controlling access, managing front office supplies, updating calendars, and scheduling meetings. Furthermore, you will be arranging travel and accommodations, preparing vouchers, maintaining records of office expenses, and performing various clerical receptionist duties including filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing. This position requires a minimum of 1+ year of experience in a receptionist role, preferably in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate should be an Any Graduate with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. The job type is full-time with a rotational shift schedule. As part of the benefits, there is a cell phone reimbursement provided.
