Job Description

Responsibilities for Hospital Receptionist

Do not call or apply. Please come for the walkin interview between 12pm to 3pm from Monday till Saturday if you have one year hospital billing experience. This post is for Kukreja Hospital, Mayur Vihar, Phase - I.
Welcome patients, vendors, and other visitors to the Hospital.
Must have one year prior knowledge of Hospital Billing Desk.
Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary
Prepare estimated bills for the patients
Track all phone calls that arrive using our general office number
Utilize our hospital software to prepare bills and collect it on the time of patient discharge.
Respond to the emails that arrive on our office email address.
Resolve patient issues regarding to billing and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
