Hospital Pharmacist

Role Overview: As a Hospital Pharmacist at Apollo Pharmacy - SVP Hospital in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, your role involves dispensing drugs as per prescriptions and indents. You will be responsible for raising Pharmacy Requisition slips, receiving stock from stores, and checking against Issue Slips for quantity, batch number, expiry, etc. Additionally, you will be required to perform physical verification of stocks with computer data on a daily basis, take stock of short-expiry medicines monthly, and non-moving medicines every six months. Building customer relationships for effective service towards total patient care, proper arrangement of credit bills, and cut strips as per policy are also part of your responsibilities. You may be assigned other tasks by your superior as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Dispensing the drugs as per prescription / Indents. - Raising the Pharmacy Requisition slips as per requirements. - Receiving the stock from Stores and checking against the Issue Slips for quantity, batch no, expiry etc. - Performing physical verification of stocks with computer data daily. - Taking the stock of short-expiry medicines once a month. - Taking the stock of non-moving medicines once in 6 months. - Building customer relationship for effective service towards total patient care. - Proper arrangement of credit bills and handover to respective SPOC on a daily basis. - Proper arrangement of Cut strips as per policy. - Any other work assigned by superior from time to time. Qualifications Required: - D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm qualification. - Registered with Gujarat State Pharmacy Council Drug License. - 0-4 years of experience in a similar role.
