Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Pharmacist, located in Gorakhpur. The pharmacist will be responsible for accurately preparing, dispensing, and managing medications for patients, ensuring compliance with regulations. Daily tasks will include performing pharmaceutical care, monitoring medication usage, providing counsel to healthcare professionals and patients, and managing compounding activities when required. The role also involves contributing to quality assurance and managing stock to support the operational needs of the hospital. Qualifications Pharmacy and Medication skills relevant to handling, dispensing, and managing medical prescriptions Proficient in Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Care to ensure patient safety and medication efficacy Experience and capability in Compounding medications, as required by patient-specific treatments Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills to maintain accurate compliance with standards Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams and provide clear communication with patients A valid pharmacy license and a degree in Pharmacy or a related field Knowledge of healthcare regulations and commitment to patient-centered care is highly advantageous
