Hospital Night Manager (MOD)

Requirement of a Night Manager on Duty (MOD) for a reputed hospital in Delhi.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, patient safety, and staff coordination during night hours.

• Oversee admissions, discharges, and internal transfers
• Ensure SOPs are followed across departments
• Conduct regular rounds, especially in high-risk areas like ICU
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
• Handle emergency issues
• Check hospital maintenance and coordinate with engineering or housekeeping if needed

Qualification: Graduate/ PG (Healthcare Management preferred)

Experience: 2-4 years in Hopsital, should have done Night Duties

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
