Job Title: Quality cum Internal Auditor (Female Only)

Location: KPHB
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Qualification: MBA / MHM (Preferred) or strong experience in Hospital Management

About the Role

We are seeking a female candidate with strong experience in hospital administration, quality management, and internal audits. The role requires expertise in NABH standards, process monitoring, compliance, and supporting overall hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Quality Management (NABH)

• Implement, monitor, and update NABH quality standards across departments
• Conduct internal quality checks, audits, and gap analyses
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance adherence
• Train staff on NABH processes, SOPs, and quality protocols

2. Internal Audit

• Plan and execute internal audits for all hospital departments
• Identify non-compliance issues and prepare audit reports
• Recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Follow up on implementation of audit observations

3. Hospital Operations / Admin Coordination

• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for process improvement
• Support day-to-day hospital administration
• Monitor operational workflows and ensure smooth functioning
• Assist in policy creation, updating, and documentation control

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in hospital administration, quality management, or internal audits
• Strong knowledge of NABH standards
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and handle audits confidently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
