You are a Senior Medical Coder with more than 4 years of experience in Hospital EM coding (HB coding/Facility coding) based in Chennai. You have the opportunity to work in a full-time hybrid role with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Your main responsibilities will involve analyzing medical records, assigning appropriate codes using standard classification systems such as ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS, and ensuring compliance with established guidelines. You will play a crucial role in identifying areas for documentation improvement, providing coding expertise, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize billing and reporting processes.
