Role Description

This is a remote full-time role for a Hospital Director at QuantSafe-AI. The Hospital Director will be responsible for overseeing daily hospital operations, managing budgets, ensuring optimal patient care, and implementing customer service standards. Additional responsibilities include staff training, developing policies and procedures, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Medicine and Operations Management
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Experience in staff Training and development
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in healthcare management is a plus
• Advanced degree in Healthcare Administration, Medicine, or related field
