Hospital Administrator

As a Hospital Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and P&L management, ensuring fiscal soundness while driving cost-effective service delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Enhancing revenue through internal optimization of lead conversion - Ensuring the highest levels of patient experience by managing end-to-end patient care and continuous process improvement - Ensuring accurate and timely billing by adherence to protocols and procedures - Reviewing operational performance, systems, and processes for smooth center operations - Identifying and addressing training needs for employees on various aspects such as care and communication - Ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies for seamless service delivery Additionally, the company prefers immediate joiners and requires proficiency in English.
