Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee the efficient management and operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will ensure regulatory compliance, staff training, coordination with consultants and doctors, and seamless patient services while optimizing hospital revenue.

Key Responsibilities:Hospital Operations Administration:Oversee daily hospital operations ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care.Supervise and improve hospital processes, workflow, and service delivery.

Statutory Compliance:Ensure the hospital adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.Maintain necessary licenses, certifications, and statutory approvals.

Staff Management Training:Oversee nursing/CL3 appointments, training, and performance evaluations.Conduct training programs for front desk, reception, and support staff to enhance patient interaction and service quality.Coordination with Consultants Revenue Management:Coordinate and empanel various consultants and specialists.Discuss revenue-sharing models with management and ensure fair agreements.

Liaison with Referring Doctors:Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors.Develop strategies to increase patient referrals and hospital engagement.

Monitoring of NR PRO Activities:Supervise Networking Relationship (NR) and Public Relations (PRO) activities to enhance hospital outreach and branding.Develop marketing strategies for hospital growth and patient engagement.
