Horticulture / Agriculture - Supervisor

The main responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage horticultural projects which include plantations, floral agriculture, lawn maintenance, and landscape development. You will be required to develop and implement best practices for plant care, pest management, irrigation systems, and overall garden maintenance. Additionally, your duties will involve planning and coordinating the planting of new crops, flowers, and trees while considering seasonal factors. Monitoring and assessing the health of plants to identify any diseases, pests, or environmental challenges, and taking corrective actions as necessary is also a key part of this role. You will be responsible for preparing and managing budgets for horticultural operations to ensure cost efficiency and resource optimization. Preferred skills for this position include certification or additional training in horticulture, landscape management, or related areas. It is advantageous to have familiarity with organic farming and sustainable horticulture practices, as well as experience working in both urban and rural horticultural settings. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as food provision, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule may include day shifts, morning shifts, rotational shifts, and weekend availability.
