Concern call to BHCG +ve patient & keeping track of Live Birth Any important investigation or medication advised by the consultant’s to be informed to the patients on call or whatsapp any. Calling patient for Embryo/ Semen freezing status. To inform pt.’s about the OPU trigger time. Consent in case of multiple follicle rupture in IUI. Issuance of Medical Certificate with consultant signature. Preparing Discharge summary & prescriptions. To prepare presentation for MIS & MCR slides on monthly basis. To prepare and send Result outcome data on weekly basis.
