Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Homecare Operations, located in Baripada. The Homecare Operations role involves overseeing daily home care activities, managing personal care services, coordinating with caregivers, and ensuring high-quality elderly care. The role requires effective communication with clients and families, and diligent management of care plans and schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in Home Care and Personal Care
• Strong Communication Skills and ability to interact effectively with clients and families
• Caregiving and Elder Care skills
• Organizational and management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Baripada
• Relevant certifications or training in home healthcare is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
