Job Summary:

Homecare Nurses

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in line with prescribed treatment plans.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs, administer oxygen therapy, and manage ventilator or tracheostomy cases.
• Administer oral, IV, IM, and SC medications safely.
• Handle advanced procedures such as suctioning, catheterization, Ryle’s tube insertion, and IV cannulation.
• Perform risk assessments and follow strict infection control measures.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely communication with medical teams.

Skills Required:

• Critical care nursing experience
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and proactive attitude
