Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HomeCare Coordinator located in Kolkata. The HomeCare Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and managing home care services for patients. Daily tasks include care coordination, case management, scheduling health care services at home, communicating with medical staff and patients, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The role requires close collaboration with healthcare providers and patients to deliver seamless home care services.

Qualifications

Experience in Care Coordination and Case Management
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
Knowledge and experience in Home Care services
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Previous experience in healthcare settings is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, or a related field
