Job Description

Supervision & Team Management

Monitor, guide, and evaluate the performance of home visit staff.
Conduct regular meetings and provide ongoing training and support.
Ensure staff compliance with organizational policies and standard operating procedures.

Operational Oversight

Develop schedules for home visits and allocate resources efficiently.
Monitor visit completion rates and address operational challenges promptly.
Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of visit reports.

Quality Assurance

Conduct random field visits to assess service quality.
Implement corrective measures where service gaps are identified.
Ensure adherence to safety, confidentiality, and ethical standards during visits.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues.
Maintain effective communication with clients, families, and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure client feedback is collected and addressed appropriately.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare periodic reports on visit outcomes, staff productivity, and key performance indicators.
Maintain accurate records for audits and program evaluations.
