You will be joining Adhyayan Educational Services in Jabalpur as a Home Tutor on a contract basis. You will collaborate closely with students to help improve their academic performance and overall learning experience. To excel in this position, you should possess strong teaching and mentoring abilities, along with the skill to create engaging and efficient lesson plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as patience and empathy towards the learning requirements of each student. A solid understanding of educational best practices is crucial, and a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is required. Prior experience in tutoring or teaching would be advantageous.
