Key Responsibilities:Student & Visitor Handling: Attend to students' queries via in-person, WhatsApp, phone, and email.LMS Management: Upload video lectures, notes & other study material on the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure content availability.Certificate Issuance: Provide course completion certificates to students upon program completion.Classroom Management: Maintain and update classroom schedules, ensuring smooth coordination of training sessions.Virtual Class Management: Create and manage Zoom meetings for new batches and notify students.Attendance Tracking: Mark and maintain attendance records of all students in each batch.Follow-ups & Communication: Conduct follow-up calls with visitors and prospective students for admissions.Fee Collection & Reminders: Send fee reminders, collect fees, and maintain proper records.Lead Entry & Tracking: Maintain a daily log of leads through calls, walk-ins, and other inquiries.Documentation & Data Management: Ensure all visitor leads fill out an inquiry form and update records accordingly.HR & Admin Support: Assist in HR and administrative activities related to training operations.
