The ideal candidate will tailor lessons according to the student's needs and help strengthen their academic foundations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions at the student’s home. Prepare lesson plans and conduct interactive and engaging sessions. Provide support in completing homework, assignments, and exam preparation. Monitor and report student progress to parents regularly. Build a strong rapport with the student to maintain a motivating learning environment. Adapt teaching methods to fit individual learning styles. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 12th pass or pursuing/completed graduation (B.A/B.Sc/B.Ed preferred). Prior teaching or tutoring experience is a plus. Good communication skills in English/Hindi. Strong subject knowledge and patience in teaching. Reliable and punctual.
