Job Title: Home Tutor Location: Student’s residence (location within 5km of teacher location) Job Type: Part-time / Full-time / Flexible hours Company: Velocity Classes Job Description: Velocity Classes is seeking passionate and dedicated Home Tutors to join our growing team. As a home tutor, you will provide one-on-one academic support to students at their homes, helping them improve their understanding, confidence, and performance in various subjects. Key Responsibilities: Conduct personalized tutoring sessions at the student’s home. Explain concepts in a simple, understandable manner. Prepare students for school exams, competitive exams, and assignments. Track and report student progress regularly. Adjust teaching methods based on the student’s learning style and needs. Communicate effectively with parents regarding the student’s performance and improvement areas. Requirements: Strong subject knowledge (Class 1 to 12 / competitive exams). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior teaching or tutoring experience is preferred. Punctual, professional, and committed.
