Position: PYP HRT Teacher

We seek an experienced educator with high expectations, innovation, and creativity. The ideal candidate will:

1. A B.Ed, PGCE, PGDE or equivalent in Primary teaching
2. Have experience in a co-education, primary school setting.
3. Commit to the school's vision and educational philosophy.
4. Embrace a high-quality pastoral care environment with focus on children's health and emotional safety.
5. Actively participate in co-curricular and enrichment activities.
6. Contribute to a localized PYP curriculum, reflecting the Indian/ Rajasthani context.
7. Implement inquiry-based teaching, differentiating activities for diverse student needs.
8. Authentically assess, record and track student progress.
9. Support holistic child development.
10. Prioritize student agency and self-efficacy through modeling.
11. Be enthusiastic about professional development activities and innovation/design led special programs.

Preferred Attributes:

• Minimum 3 years of primary education experience, with a proven record in IB PYP.
• Cross-cultural work experience.
• Proven effectiveness in collaborative work.
• Multilingual with C1 competency in spoken and written English.
• Familiarity with technology in teaching and learning.
• IB Trained teacher preferred
