Job Description

Location: Padur

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary teacher for a specific grade (typically in Primary or Elementary School)
Teach core subjects such as English, Math, Environmental Science, or others based on the curriculum
Maintain a classroom environment that is safe, inclusive, and conducive to learning
Monitor and support the emotional, social, and academic development of each student
Maintain daily attendance, records, and student progress reports
Communicate regularly with parents about student performance, behavior, and any concerns
Plan and conduct classroom activities, celebrations, and events
Collaborate with subject teachers and coordinators to ensure curriculum alignment
Implement school policies, classroom management techniques, and positive discipline
Prepare students for assessments and participate in evaluation and reporting processes
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, workshops, and school functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
