Job Title: Home Loan Sales Manager (Prime Segment)
Location: Delhi
Experience Required: 4–5 Years (Minimum 2 Years in Prime Home Loan Sales)
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
Working Days: 6 Days (Rotational Offs)

Role Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals to join our Home Loan Sales team, focused on the Prime Segment(Ticket Size>60 Lacs). The ideal candidate should have a strong background in home loan sales, especially in the prime segment, and a proven ability to meet high-value sales targets in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive home loan sales for high-value customers (Prime Segment).
• Generate leads and convert them into successful loan disbursements.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, DSAs, and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets as per location-specific benchmarks.
• Ensure complete documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Background:

• Current or past experience with top-tier banks, NBFCs, or DSAs handling prime home loan segments.
• Experience in companies such as:
• Quess (Axis Bank), HDFC Sales, SBICap Securities, Bajaj Housing, ICICI Bank, Andromeda, LIC Housing Finance, Bank of India, DCB, RBL Bank.
• Educational Background: 10+2/Graduate
