The Home Nurse

Qualification

• B.Sc. Nursing

  Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an institution recognized by the

  Indian Nursing Council (INC)

• GNM

  Diploma in

  General Nursing and Midwifery

• Must be registered with a State Nursing Council

• ANM

  candidates with

  minimum 2 years of critical care or home care experience

  may also be considered

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of

  nursing care procedures and home healthcare protocols

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, patient, and responsible attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent in

  English, Hindi, and local language

• Basic computer knowledge for record maintenance
