About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join our Holiday Packages team. This is a night shift role ideal for candidates with prior experience in travel, customer service, or holiday package sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries related to holiday packages
• Provide accurate information and assist with bookings
• Manage calls, emails, and chat support during night shift
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and professional responses
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience (Travel / Holiday Packages / Customer Support)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in night shift
• Immediate joiners highly preferred
• Knowledge of travel platforms or CRM tools is an advantage
