Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Consultant at Sargul Travels, located in Ahmedabad. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for planning and organizing holiday packages, booking travel arrangements, advising clients on travel information and itineraries, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the role includes managing reservations, handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and staying updated on travel industry trends and regulations.

• Experience with Booking Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Travel Industry Trends and Regulations
• Detail-oriented and Strong Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in travel management software and tools
• Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
