Holiday consultant

As a Holiday Consultant, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements, providing personalized recommendations and exceptional customer service. You will consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, interests, and budgets, design and customize independent travel itineraries, book flights, hotels, and other travel services, and provide support to resolve any issues that may arise during travel. Additionally, you will stay informed about travel trends and regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences and needs. - Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, interests, and budgets. - Design and customize independent travel itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, and activities. - Book flights, hotels, and other travel services. - Provide support and resolve any issues that arise during travel. - Stay informed about travel trends and regulations. Qualifications: - A degree in tourism or a related field is a plus. - Previous experience in travel planning or customer service is preferred. - Minimum of 2 years of experience. - Strong communication and organizational skills.
